Zam Zam Mandi in Dubai

Me and my girlfriend decided to order a 1 madbee, the food was great, delicious and amazing, but when I'm in the middle of my food I saw a strand of clothes in my sauce and a strand of hair in the food of my girlfriend, I tell my concern to the server but they didn't do any action regarding to my concern. I always eat there for almost 3years, but what happen now, I'm so disappointed.

Food is Ok but delivery is poor and the guy and the girl at the reception has some attitude. Rather than accepting their poor delivery service they always argue.

Great Mamdi Resturanf in Al Karama area which is located next to LuLu Hypermarket. Not usually busy.

Delicious favourite menu especially Mutton Mandi. Me and my friends likes to take dinner here. The tea and deserts are addictive too. Very croud customers comes every minutes.

Great treat for Indian for those who ate only Indian briyani. Soup taste is excellent and mutton is yummy and soft.

It's Awesome Arabic restaurant. Nice ambiance and good service . Family room. Small get together .Staff was good . Neat and clean. Family restaurant. Private room. No parking space but parking lot have. One of the best Mahdi available.

One of the finest mandi and finger licking kunafas that I've ever tasted. Loved the place, the ambiance, customer service. Will definitely recommend to friends. It's a 10/10 from me.

Taste & service is very good. People who love Mandi & Madhbi so must visit this restaurant. Because its nice, clean restaurant with great service. The interiors allow for both traditional and regular seating areas. The chicken Mandi & Madhbi was really good, very tasty, well flavoured rice, soup, salad & fresh tomato sauce love it. I would surely recommend to everyone.

Tasty and healthy food..the Mint Tea served after every meal is super delicious..nice ambience and pleasent staff..Friday 1.30 to 3.00pm heavy rush

Try their Qunafa (sweet), Tea (Mint Qahwa), Their Mandi is good but not the best because of the quality/type of rice they use. Customers has to wait outside in queue on weekends/holidays dinner.

Inconsistent. After Covid I think main chef is no more available. Rice was too much with cinnamon and couldn't taste anything other than cinnamon. Later offered by nearly cooked Mandi rice as compensation. Mutton felt like fast pressure cooked. I will not make the same mistake again. Try your luck

This place is busy during the weekend.. The dishes are good.. I had madhfoon, but it wasnt like the orginal madhfoon, more like an indian version with masalas.. Still it was good.. The staff is too friendly and helpful.. We didnt have to wait too long for the food. Service is good.. Overall i liked it.. Its a must try restaurant in karama side dubai.

Great food if you want to try authentic Arabian Mandi cuisine however the ambience etc is only passable. So only go if you want to focus on good food.

Just one word amazing from soup to food and ambiance is just clean and refreshing. Staff is humble. Every mandi restaurant has its unique taste and flavours and zam zam has follows it same. Highly recommended to try with friends and family with a good view of Dubai frame from outside.

Hygiene is not maintained properly, it means to say the waiters are not wearing a mask properly

Delicious mutton madfoon, the meat just slides off the bone. Simply delicious. Rice was perfectly done, juicy and soft. You can choose to eat on the tables or can go local. They have this cubicles for you to enjoy food sitting down. Highly recommended to try if you are in town. A new fan from singapore

Zamzam since they started from not so longtime they were so generous in food and deserts. Recently I noticed that there food quality decreased one grade. They have to maintain the food quality.

This is always been my favorite go to restaurant for my lunch. I would definitely say the service is excellent and the food is always fresh and on point. But today unfortunately after visiting maybe after two or three months I did not find the service to be as good as usual and the food was bland specially the chicken Mandi. The complimentary soup had a unusual high amount of black peppers. Surprisingly when I inquired about yogurt I was asked if I would like the 2 dhs one or 5dhs one ? The food is very reasonably priced but I hope the bring back their service and taste back.

Worst Maandi ever tasted!!Rice was cold and there is literally no taste as I was expecting for Mandi. Even I ordered Magzoot(steam rice) but rice was cold and so bad taste. Both Mandi and Mazgoot were not of original taste.The place is Pack ful and couldn't get place quickly. Zero out of 10 for their taste, service and price. Not recommend for Mandi.

The Customer service in this outlet is real let down as compared to other branches. Better have a good staff then losing your business. There also no Individual meals as like other branches. Being Inconsistent doesn't help if your a franchise!

Food quality is very bad and not digestible rice.. Price is very expensive it's better to go normal restaurants.. Unavailable of veg menu.. Last 4 years I went zam zam before quality was a good but know very bad... Dont deserve even one star... Next time I will never go to zam zam karama..... Fully waste of money

Good Taste, good portions, little improvement in service would be great!We ordered Mandi, Taste was delicious and the meat was well cooked. They even give you complimentary tea and sweets. Prices are really good and the portion is huge. Worth a visit.

I gone there with my friend because of its high popularity.Its very famous for Mandhi items.But when i visited there, I realised the truth.First of all very bad service. Also we ordered Chicken Madbee,its overcooked dried chicken,maybe because of old.We inform them.But they even say any word about it.Never go again there.

Excellent service right from the start to finish. Food is great and absolute value for money. Definitely a place for meat lovers and large groups. I would recommend table reservations since this restaurant is busy.

Mandi and Madfoon very tasty. Very neat and tidy restaurant. Staffs' are very friendly. In holidays you have to expect crowds.

My all time favorite quick dining joint. But ensure availability of meat dishes before visiting as gets over by 9 pm usually and you are left with only chicken and fish options.

Mutton Mandi the best followed by kunafa

Mandi was good... . But I think there were other dishes that are special to Zam Zam.. my first time so we didn't know what was special there.. Kunafa was tasty but Dumplings were the kids favorite. They kept going back for more. Staff was really friendly with all our kids and gave them extra dumplings which was really sweet of them. .

Previously the food and service was good. Now they serve poor quality food with higher price. I never recommend Zam Zam Mandi (Al Karama)

Staff costumer service is great. They help you out of their way. We tried mutton Mandi.They give spicy chutney with it. Also comes salad and soup. Soup 5/5Mandi mutton 3/5. Not fully cooked.Mandi rice 4/5
